Kristy, Daytona, and I are back from our trip to Seattle, Washington. We had a blast with her mom, sister, and brother-in-law. All 6 of us visited as many sites as we possibly could in our 4 night stay. We enjoyed the fish market and the Seattle Space Needle very much. Daytona was excited to see everything, including his aunt and uncle.
One of my favorite places to see was the military base. We all got to see how our military lives and trains. It's amazing to see that these bases are like little towns of their own. Their restricted (of course), but once you're inside you have everything you need. Groceries, movies, shoppes, and places to live. It's possible for people to never leave the base. Most of the people who work on the base also LIVE on the base.

The Seattle Space Needle was a site to see. It rose high in the air and over looked Seattle. Luckily for us, it was a nice clear day. We took lots of pictures and enjoyed the nearby park/fair. Daytona rode almost every ride there.
Ross and Jamy are moving to San Deigo, CA within the next few months. We're going to plan a trip down there sometime next year (if all goes well). It's nice to see family and sneak in a cheap vacation at the same time. Be sure and check out the rest of our photos in Flickr.
